Steve Biko

Today is the 30th anniversary of the death of Steve Biko, father of the Black Consciousness Movement in South Africa. Biko was killed after being severely beaten in police custody.

Remember.

Ironically, the woman who exposed the truth behind his death, DA leader Helen Zille, was recently arrested at a protest march against drug peddlers.
